Many have asked, “Why the business model change?”

At 3 PM the day before Mother’s Day, my team had successfully sold, designed, and delivered about the same amount of flowers as last year. And for the first time in a long time… I got to go home early.

Here I am with Rosie, soaking up an entire Mother’s Day weekend together. Slow moments. Quality time. The kind you can’t get back.

Running a small business as a woman — while also raising little ones — means constantly balancing passion, pressure, family, and time. This year I wanted to build a business model that still served our amazing customers beautifully, while also protecting space for motherhood and life outside the shop.

To every woman building something while raising someone… I see you.
