New on the Menu: Macarons!

Sometimes the best new products happen completely by accident.

While my husband and I were downtown Portland hunting for a new electric bike, we stumbled into Pop Pizza for coffee and bagels. After a couple of lattes and some bagels and lox, the owner offered Rosie a colorful plate of macarons.

They were apparently a little too elevated for her palate, so naturally, I had to taste test them myself. 🙂

Pizza, coffee, bagels and macarons? What can’t they do?

A business card exchange, a few emails and a couple more very important taste tests later, and we now have a brand-new treat available at Milwaukie Floral.
